Aloha Jay,
Caught this latest Lucid Sage episode at work the other day and really enjoyed it! Hearing what Dr. Aspy discovered about dream recall journalling and its effectiveness specifically on making what I call a short list as opposed to chronicling an entire dream was fascinating. Really great interview. 2018 ended with a bang for me- It was never my intention to stabilize a lucid dream and have been skeptical reading about it but after 20 years of being interested in LD and logging hundreds of dreams it happened. I’ve had three dreams I was able to stabilize so far and its re-blown my mind. Im applying what I heard in this last interview to my dream exercises. I look forward to your next show.
That’s awesome!
