As someone who loves listening to podcasts and does so on a daily basis, I searched for a podcast about Lucid Dreaming and when I didn’t find one (Update: this didn’t come up the first time, but I now discovered the Dream Views podcast – check it out), the idea started brewing that perhaps I should try to record one. This is that attempt.
I consider this an experiment, just like the blog, in diving further into my own Lucid Dreaming practice as well as my desire to share it with others and basically open up my experience so others might benefit from it and that I may benefit from them when these efforts turn into a discussion and a conversion. That is the main idea behind it.
I will do my best to make this a quality podcast as well as an entertaining one. Lucid Dreams is a fascinating topic and should be talk about in a such a way. I hope you enjoy it and find it interesting.
Feedback, of all sorts, is always welcome!
Sweet & Lucid Dreams…

Good introduction, not sure where you’ll go with it and you said yourself you don’t know either. Maybe include basic introductions of the techniques that are out there and talk about the ones that you’ve used successfully. Could be interesting, will be listening to the new one. Oh and I’m sure Le Berge is pronounced the first way, like ber’zh’ (like sh but with z).
Thanks for listening and for the feedback! Basic techniques and my experience with them is a great idea.
and yes, seems like that’s the pronunciation, I’ve wondered about that for years.
This is amazing, sir. The first time I found myself interested on the subject of lucid dreaming was back in 2011, and I had begun to keep a dream journal on a blog (I’ve deleted it, unfortunately) but didn’t go very far and I quickly ditched the idea because the initial results, which were promising, didn’t repeat themselves on the following weeks. This year, however, I started remembering them again and I’ve started to write down all I could remember, and I noticed some strange patterns within the dreams. I found the motivation to try harder again, and I believe that this initiative of yours will be much helpful from here on. Thank you, sir.
Fantastic! I am so happy to hear that and if anything I do helps even a little bit I am beyond delighted!
Stay motivated and persist at it, it is so worth the effort. Keep me posted on how it goes.
Aye, sir, I’ll do my best!
Thank you for that talk! I just renewed documenting my dreams and indeed used the same technique of recording and transcribing, I was happy to hear you did it as well.
